The Modern World | Omnibus VI

Foundational Literature for the Modern Student
Available for 2027–2028

Omnibus VI, designed for grades 10 and up and for students who have completed Omnibus III, is the capstone course of the Omnibus curriculum. This course explores modern U.S. and British history through the lens of the greatest works of Western Civilization. Students are challenged with more advanced texts and engage deeply with ideas, developing higher-level critical thinking, analysis, and rhetorical skills. Secondary readings supplement the primary works, adding variety, depth, and perspective to the study.

Through Omnibus VI, students refine their composition, rhetoric, and analytical skills while cultivating wisdom, discernment, and a thoughtful approach to truth, beauty, and goodness. Daily readings, assignments, and discussion-based activities provide an intellectually rigorous yet enjoyable experience, helping students synthesize historical, literary, and philosophical insights through a Biblical worldview.
